The Indoor Rowing Championships were held on Saturday in the Crossfit Gym above the sheds.

DRC was front and centre with our own Kathleen organising the event and some of our rowers coming away with the medals.

The Gym goers are very strong, regularly lifting very heavy weights (and dropping them on the floor above!) and also very fit...but not a match for some finely tuned technique.

A near cleansweep for DRC, with Rob Glendenning "GOLD in the 1minute dash, Mark Bailey "GOLD" in the 1000m and "SILVER" in the 500m.

Rob & Mark said it was a lot of fun and are encouraging a larger DRC turnout next year.
